If you’re looking for a morning or afternoon boost without the jitters and added extra benefits, this smoothie is for you! I’ll be honest, I did not enjoy it as just plain old coffee… I like black coffee and this does not taste the same, however, I LOVE the benefits that Ryze has to offer so I decided to blend it up into a yummy smoothie! ? ??
So, what is Ryze + why the heck am I putting mushrooms in my coffee?! I know that’s what you’re really asking, lol. Ryze Mushroom Enhanced Keto Coffee is loaded with adaptogenic mushrooms. This blend delivers clean, calm energy for a balanced body and clear mind. The ingredients include: RYZE Organic Mushroom Blend (Cordyceps, Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Shiitake, Turkey Tail, King Trumpet), MCT Oil, and Coffee!
I like to have my smoothie around 1 or 2 when I need a little refresh to regain focus throughout the busy day! With about 48mg of caffeine per servings its the perfect midday boost without overloading myself! Here’s what RYZE suggests when asking what time of day its best to consume…
“WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO CONSUME RYZE?
We may be biased but we drink it all day long. That’s because each of the mushrooms acts slightly differently.
Reishi, Shiitake, Turkey Tail, and King Trumpet are great for any time of day since they promote better mood and decrease anxiety, boost immunity, promote gut health, and fight inflammation.
Cordyceps, coffee, and MCT are energizing so they work best in the morning or before a workout.
Lions’ Mane boosts your brain power so morning and afternoon work fantastic.”
