Welcome, I am so glad you’re here! My name is Cassie and as a modern homesteader and realtor, I wanted to create space where I could share and encourage those in both finding home (real estate) and creating home (homesteading).

Here, you’ll find a diverse mix of content centered around home. including building our homestead, all things sustainable + healthy living, local guides to the hottest places within The Golden Isles (Saint Simons Island, Brunswick, and even Camden County) and educational content about living in and moving to Georgia .

About Me

Here’s a little bit about me. I’m a wife to Patrick and mom to Charlotte and Cooper. My family is MY WORLD and we are currently enjoying building our homestead on 14-acres in Camden County, Georgia. We are learning a lot while living “tiny” in a 660-square-foot house! For now, we are raising backyard chickens + ducks, growing a fruit garden, learning new skills like making sourdough and water bath canning, and so much more. I am not an expert in any of these things, but I hope you’ll follow our journey as we learn and grow!

When I’m not tending to all that, I also sell Real Estate here in Coastal Georgia, I do marketing for a non-profit chiropractic foundation and I teach Yoga, Barre + Spin classes at a local studio.
