Is Brunswick, GA a Small Town?
While the geographical area of Brunswick may actually be larger, Brunswick is known for it’s small-town vibe. It’s very likely that you’ll see your neighbors at the grocery store, downtown at Silver Bluff Brewery, grabbing a coffee at Wake-Up and then again at church on Sunday morning.
A lot of relocation buyers that I work with are longing for that slower pace of life, small-town feel and less traffic. Honestly, I’d say the family-friendly community is one of my favorite things about living in or around Brunswick.

Proximity to Larger Cities like Savannah, GA + Jacksonville, FL
Located on Georgia’s Coast, Brunswick, GA is located just off I-95 which gives residents quick access to head North an hour to Savannah, GA or South an hour to Jacksonville, FL.
Being sandwiched between 2 larger cities gives you the opportunity to be in a small town but close enough to larger cities where you can enjoy shopping, amenities, concerts and all the fun things of city life WITHOUT having to live in the traffic of it all!
Personally, if heading to Savannah, we love shopping on Broughton St in Downtown Savannah, food trucks on Bull St, the farmer’s market at Forsyth Park.
And if we’re headed to Jacksonville, we enjoy getting fancy doughnuts at Good Dough, lunch at Fla Juice + Bowl, Trader Joe’s (Brunswick doesn’t have one!) and shopping at Jacksonville Town Center.
