Garage CrossFit Workout Plan 6.2-6.8

Happy Sunday! I whole heartedly believe the saying, “A Sunday well spent brings a week of content.” Char + I spent our morning at church and then met a sweet friend at a coffee shop.

This weekend is my 6th weekend of yoga teacher training so I kept my workout schedule semi light this week!

I am so excited to be on my 6th weekend out of 8 for my training. We have learned the entire series so now it’s just putting everything together and working out any kinks! In addition to my workout routine above, I’ll also be working on my daily meditation, whether its 3-minutes or 10-minutes, I’m going to try and get it in everyday!
