I hope everyone had a great Mother’s Day weekend! We went to a local craft festival, yoga, new restaurant opening + the beach, so I’d say it was a GREAT weekend 🤗
I am currently watching Call To Courage by Brene Brown on Netflix + it’s SO good! I haven’t watched her Ted Talk but I’ve heard such amazing things and after watching Call To Courage, I’m definitely a fan!
Anyway, I am sharing my workout plan a day later than usual, but here it is!
It should be a pretty fun week of workouts! New to this week, I am going to try out a Fit4Mom class!

I will be doing the stroller strides class on Wednesday.
